Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you do not like the final song. Additionally, while we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, the creative process of music composition and production can vary and may not always adhere to a fixed schedule. As such, we are not liable for any refunds due to delays in delivery.
In any case, there is no provision for refunds, whether the song is required by you any longer or not.
When requesting a song for someone else, you, as the client, are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and approvals from the person or entity the song is about. As the client, you are our direct customer, and we create the song based on the information and instructions you provide.
Raaag is not liable for any damages, legal or otherwise, that may arise due to a lack of consent or approval from the person or entity the song is about. In such cases, the client who initially paid for our services and provided us with the details is solely responsible for any resulting damages. Variation of Terms
Raaag is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review these terms regularly.
Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute under this terms, the same shall be amicably settled between the Parties. If any dispute is not settled amicably, the same shall be referred
to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by both the Parties. The award given by the
Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the Parties. The language of Arbitral Proceedings shall be English. This arbitration shall be governed by The Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, 1996 and the place of arbitration shall be at Jaipur, Rajasthan. This terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
